El Segundo Residents with valid Rec ID Cards receive a 20% discount on all recreation activities and 50% discount on all facility rentals. Parents registering a minor must also have a current Recreation ID Card for discounts. Recreation ID Cards can be purchased at the Checkout Building, Clubhouse, Joslyn Center and Aquatics Facilities. Rec ID purchase requires proof of residency. Business addresses in El Segundo are not eligible for Recreation ID Cards. The following are acceptable proofs of residency:
Driver’s License / California ID Card with a valid El Segundo address OR two utility bills from a residence within El Segundo with your name and address clearly listed on them. (P.O. Boxes are not accepted as a form of residency.)
Recreation ID Card fees are subject to change at any time. A replacement fee of $3.00 will be charged for lost or stolen cards.

How can I find out about programs, classes or camps that are offered by the City?
You can find information about our programs and events in our new program guide! The Recreation & Parks Department recently update the design and delivery of our program guide. It can be viewed online(link to brochure) or is available for in-person pick-up at any of our Recreation Facilities as well as the El Segundo Public Library or City Hall.
How do I register for one of your camps, classes or programs?
To sign-up online you can go to our registration page or you can stop by in-person at the Checkout Building, Clubhouse Building, Joslyn Center or Aquatics Facility and sign-up.
