Playgrounds, aquatics facilities, recreation centers and sports fields remained closed to the public. Passive use of open space (including the Dog Park) is allowed, but please maintain physical distancing protocols. Tennis, paddle tennis and pickleball courts are open with advanced reservations only.  Lap swimming is also available at the El Segundo Wiseburn Aquatic Center with advanced reservation only. El Segundo Senior Club
The Senior Club of El Segundo hosts a wide variety of activities and socials at the Joslyn Center.
Monthly newsletters are available for pick up at the center. All activities are open to residents and non-residents who are at least 50 years of age.
Membership to the El Segundo Senior Club is available for an annual fee of $5.00.
Board Meetings are held the first Tuesday of every month at 9:30 a.m  in the Craft Room at Joslyn Center.

At The Movies
FREE Movies are shown on a wide screen TV at the Joslyn Library on Thursdays with show times of 1:--p.m. and 6:30 p.m. The TV is available for use during open hours, drop by and catch up on the news or your favorite show.

Two billiards tables are available for drop in play or practice during open hours at Joslyn Center. No reservation required.

Bowl on the green in Recreation Park just outside of the Joslyn Center. Lawn bowling equipment is available at the Checkout Office. All ages and abilities are welcome; if you are a seasoned player or if this is your first time coming out to play, enjoy a game on the green.

Lending Library & Media Room
The Joslyn Center has paperback books, a limited selection of large print books, magazines, movies and puzzles available for borrowing. The Library Room is available for small group gatherings and may be utilized during Joslyn Center open hours.

On the Move Travel Club
This travel club is open to anyone interested in using public transportation, but is unsure of how to use it to gain access to local points of interest throughout the South Bay. Monthly trips include movie theaters, shopping excursions, museums and more; all available via public transportation lines such as BCT, Metro bus and light rail. You may purchase one day passes for public transportation lines at the Joslyn Center prior to your trip. For more information please contact Joslyn Center at 310-524-2705.

Be a part of the El Segundo Daytrippers! This is a group of outgoing individuals that love to travel. Each month this group will be transported by El Segundo’s Dial-A-Ride shuttles to different parts of Los Angeles, Orange County and other surrounding counties. Come explore different foods, art, historical landmarks, new locations and more.

Refund/Cancellation Policy: Daytrippers is non-refundable. Account credit for trips that include pre-purchased tickets will be given in full if the cancellation request is received no less than 14 days prior to the trip. Account credit for trips that include transportation only, will be given in full if the cancellation request is received no less than seven days prior to the trip.
